haha. listening to lin jun jie's jiang nan. i swear i love that song to pieces. what the above lyrics frm the chorus basically mean is

believing that loving for a day transcends eternity,
that time is frozen in this split second.

the thing about jiang nan is that its not a typical love song. instead it speaks of something so much more abstract, the vague idea of love and its whimsicality and precocity and fragility. it mocks young lovers who claims they're in love, when they themselves cannot comprehend the weightiness and significance of it. okays. enough rambling.
i'm feeling v hot, even though the aircon is on. oh no. hope i'm not coming down with anything, not when a very special day is only three days away. :)

went to watch vj's choir concert, last christmas, last sat. haha frankly i can't really comment on it cuz ziling and i arrived so late it was time for the interval. the second half wasn't bad though. haha there was this very powerful sop 2 (i think) girl in pink and white. her voice was so outstanding it could be heard clearly among the rest. haha i'm getting the desire to join choir again, but...
its just not very sensible and ideal, given some er things and my current unstable situation. don't worry i haven't gone insane if thats what you're thinking. ate at suki sushi for dinner. haha ziling and i spent lots of time chasing down spaces among the conveyor belt to dump the plates we didn't want back in! we looked damn retarded. shoving the other plates to one side and creating a domino effect wherein all the other plates tilted to a side, while trying to look inconspicuous. hahaha.
ponned the fairy thing on sun cuz no one was going. watched mean girls for the third time. cousins came over. wheee. sis spent the entire three hours during the star awards commenting on how gay singapore guys were. -.-"
ate dimsum today! yayness. a sort of mini birthday celebration with my grandmother cuz well yeah. she's not free on thurs i think and anyway i don't think it would be ideal to invite her over on thurs. hem hem. my parents spent the whole lunch volleying accusation after accusation at her regarding the seating arrangements for my cousin's wedding. yeah yeah that rather unpleasant incident. my ah ma tried to stick up for my aunt but to no avail. oh well. i sort of started feeling sorry for her until i remembered that she favours boys over girls.
ahaha. i just can't stand it. her mindset is so unbelievably traditional. even my parents disagree sometimes.
bought a new pair of jeans today! >.<>
