heartbreak, heartbreak and more heartbreak.
not that i didnt see this coming. but for france to have defeated BOTH my spain and portugal...
its way overboard. too much to take.
life is unfair isnt it. why couldnt germany have played portugal and france played italy in the semis. then maybe it would have been a portugal italy final, and even if they lost, it wouldnt have been so bad.
i blame it all on the french again.

or maybe, they could have a new rule in football, that when both sides draw, theres no extra time or shootouts or whatever and both sides fail to progress. hahaha then portugal would have won the world cup by default if france and italy drew.

i mean come on so he winked. wtf the wink could have meant anything. it could have meant 'eh today's breakfast was damn good' or 'nice ass dude' or it could even be a sign that he should go for an eye checkup. i mean seriously it was so fast it was more of a twitch than a wink. go watch the replays. and secondly, how the hell would u know whether he really told the ref to give rooney the red card or not? he's already claimed he just said it was a foul, so BACK OFF because you and i will never know what he really said. and getting lip readers wont work because for all u know he was speaking in portuguese. lols.
and lastly, i may have a slight inclination towards him (alright not so slight maybe) but i wont hesitate to admit he's an arrogant cunning show-off. but so what? tons of players are like that too. and if he looks good doing it, and IS GOOD at doing it, why stop him?
plus i'm willing to bet that if the situation was reversed, and it was ronaldo who stepped on beckham's groin or smth, rooney wouldnt have hesitated in yelling at the referee to get ronaldo sent off as well. its called match tactics.
imo, ronaldo was just willing to do whatever it took to get his country into the next round. unfortunately, the english players, with all their supposed heroism and martyed nobility, aren't. and thats why portugal got through to the semis and they didn't. :)))
dont forget ronaldo's only 21 and the youngest on the portuguese team. thats alot of pressure to heap on someone who's only 3 yrs older than me/us.

oh yeah haha i woke up at 3 am to watch the match live, and couldnt wake up the next morning. i was forced to open my eyes by my mom, took one look at the clock, looked outside the window (grey skies) and decided i didnt want to go to school. haha went to school late in the end, only reached about 11 plus. for hist and gp. which were utter wastes of time (but nvm at least got to talk with mel about football haha). found out that lit was totally rubbish as well and pe was cancelled which in effect meant that i was very lucky not to have gone in the morning. i shouldnt even have went to school at all. anyways went to town with wl and grace after that! ate at far east then bought a nice watch :)
developed this fetish for watches recently.
why the hell am i boring the shit out of you all?!
