so right, before the match starts, i decided to post the update this blog so desperately needs.
yes i've found work, i'm currently interning at Youth Challenge, which is under the singapore branch of the UN a.k.a UNAS. internship started last week and lots have happened since, but i have to say that generally its fine.
i can cope with it (i hope) and since its a 6 month attachment plus i have to stay back late and i have to do volunteer work at senior citizens activity centres every sat, i expect to be very very tired come June. in fact i think i'm already starting to get eye bags haha. the pay is peanuts too but its not really important i guess. because as cliched as it sounds, its not about the money. from an angle, i'm actually getting paid to do stuff i like, so you know. (:
i dont really know how to express myself these days. its like i feel i've lost the carefree crazy attitude that only resurfaces with the company of my friends. i'm so afraid of becoming plastic and unreal, but in a way its good as well, because i feel i'm developing a more optimistic world view, a
happier feeling.
although i guess its not really showing these days. one of the volunteers i met on sat asked me why i looked sad all the time. he said 'i never see you smile' and i was shocked for a moment. because all my life ppl have told me i give off cheerful and happy vibes (at least most of the time), and i've never deliberately behaved moody or depressed before. but i suppose all the exhaustion was getting to me. sleep is crucial okay!!!
i'm so exhausted i'm getting numb, but sometimes i feel like its a GOOD kind of numb, you know? i just might start to like it.
i just have to hang on.

okay totti just got sent off for attacking another player during a roma match. lols.
and yuks we have to go kbox again! although maybe not 2 to 7. by 4.30 pm yesterday my voice was alr cracking haha. cmi la. by 7 we were lolling about on the couch in exhaustion. hahaha.
oh and does anyone else think my chemical romance is racist?
i mean, 'welcome to the black parade'.
